Hostel The Hague is a dream coming true. My name is Diederick Olthoff and I am starting up my own hostel in the citycentre of The Hague. By travelling I discovered the charm and power of a hostel. A hostel is a place where independent travellers and cultures meet. People of all cultures in the world use this as base for there exploration of the city and it's culture. Everybody is welcome in a hostel , it doesn't matter if you travel alone, in a couple or in a group.

3 jaar geleden kwam ik terug van een backpack avontuur in Argentinie zag ik tot mijn vreugde dat er een echt hostel in Scheveningen geopend was. Met veel lol heb ik daar meegeholpen naast mijn normale werkzaamheden als internet marketeer. Vervolgens heb ik 3 jaar lang de marketing gedaan voor dit hostel en ook het net geopende hostel in Delft. Ik heb zelf een bed & breakfast gehad in Scheveningen maar dit bleek al snel te klein. Afgelopen winter ben ik naar Zuid Afrika geweest en heb hier vele hostels bezocht en daar wist ik het zeker: "De tijd is rijp voor mijn eigen hostel in het centrum van Den Haag: Hostel The Hague !"

A central location is very important. A hostel has to have easy acces and in the area of the cultural sights and brustly nightlife. This is why Hostel The Hague is going to be located near De Grote Markt. Travellers don't only rent a bed but get a second home. All travellers are welcome!!
